History of the farm
Carrollock Farms is a testament to the resilience and ingenuity of its founders. Beginning as a humble tobacco sharecropper, the farm's second generation leaders envisioned something larger and decided to build a wedding venue. In 2016, they opened their doors to the public with heartwarming results. Not stopping there, they then repurposed old hog buildings to grow mushrooms and won "Innovative Farmer Of The Year." Carrollock Farms leaves us with a spirit of hope that any vision can become reality with hard work and determination.

Ashlee has always dreamt of owning her own wedding venue. She has been planning weddings for her friends, family, and even herself for as long as she can remember. Michael is one of the many Entrepreneur of the family + probably the biggest. These two keep their hands and hearts full at all times, always looking for more and doing the very best with what they are presented with. This duo is charged by faith, family, and fun.
