I have seen a lot about Carrollock’s turnkey events, but I already had a vendor in mind. Can I use outside vendors?

Absolutely! At Carrollock Farms, we understand that every couple has their own vision for their special day, and we welcome the opportunity to work with your preferred vendors to bring that vision to life. While we love collaborating with our local preferred vendors, we are happy to accommodate your choices.

For photography, we adore our photographers as they have done countless weddings and events here and are familiar with the best angles and lighting. We can vouch for the quality of their work and commitment to deliver on the timeline promised.

For DJ services, we love our preferred vendors for DJ - our most common entertainment vendor. His tech pairs seamlessly with our tech, and he is familiar with all of the back-end to ensure a smooth transition between ceremony site to cocktail hour, etc.

For catering, we do allow outside caterers, but we require that you use our staff to serve. This ensures that we can vouch for the service you and your guests will experience on your big day. Our caterers can create a wide range of culinary delights to suit your preferences. If you choose to go with an outside vendor, there is just a little bit of documentation exchange we will coordinate with them (they would need a Grade A sanitization rating and list us on their Certificate of Insurance).

We allow outside vendors because we want your big day to be truly yours, but we also want to guarantee that your day is seamless and stress-free!

Are there noise restrictions or curfews at Carrollock Farms?

At Carrollock Farms, we prioritize the comfort and enjoyment of our guests and neighbors. We adhere to local ordinances regarding noise levels to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our guests and neighbors. However, it's important to note that Carrollock Farms is surrounded by a significant amount of land owned by the same owners, and to date, we have never once had a complaint regarding noise disturbances, nor have we had to inform a client we have to turn down music as a precautionary measure.

While we have alternative plans for light rain, such as utilizing covered outdoor spaces or providing umbrellas for guests, our staff is fully prepared for a quick turnaround to ensure that your event can proceed smoothly and without interruption.
